This is my favorite food in Olympia! Absolutely delicious flavors, super friendly staff, and what gorgeous presentation - every time! Nice bonus to have Three Magnets next door to have a nice spot to sit down and eat. I LOVE eating Akashic's dishes!
You can taste the love in this food. Stopped by from Seattle today with my doggo and ordered a curry bowl with rockfish. They offered my dog a treat while we waited (and they had great dog treats too). I feel blessed that I had time to kill because it isn't a meal you want to eat in a hurry. You'll want to savor it. So many veggies were in the curry with the fish! Truly a special place to get in a nourishing meal. And the folks that were working there seemed really lovely too. I'll be back!
Must try! We had such a hard time choosing, everything sounded great. Went with the Akashic burger and Bombay roll with paneer and tofu. So much flavor, sauces were amazing. Those fries.
The food is unlike anything over ever had before. The Akashic burger was the first thing I ever tried, and oh my it was life changing. Last time we went I tried the Anunnaki burger and it was.... Just amazing. I wanted to cry while I was eating it. I don't have many words that could accurately describe how good this burger was. The service is always top tier. It's always the two same people so sometimes you the wait is long. But it's WORTH IT. I really love this food trailer and the two who operate it clearly love what they do.
The Akashic burger is the BEST burger around! And the dipping sauce for the gin powder fries is *chefs kiss* I highly recommend this place and will always Combe back for more!
THIS FOOD IS SO GOOD IT IS UNBELIEVABLE! I mean seriously, this was an unexpectedly transcendent meal from a little food truck! I got the Akashic burger, which was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The meat itself is grass fed beef and has an amazing taste. It came with garlic cilantro fries and honestly I would go back just to eat the fries. I got two whole roasted garlic cloves in my order. The fries are crispy and sooo good. And then there's the tempura artichokes. THESE ARE AMAZING. They're crispy outside, soft but not soggy inside, and have a wonderful briny taste. The dipping sauce is minty and delicious and there's a few pickled onions that make a perfect bite. It's not cheap but everything is highest quality and it's way more than I could eat in one sitting. I will be back to try everything else.
Great food truck serving fusion indian food. I finally got to try Akashic after so many trips in Olympia. We ordered the indian burger - vada pav (highly recommend & delicious), chicken rice bowl (tasty), chicken bombay roll (indian burrito with chicken - nice flavors and huge) along with their gun powder fries (amazing). While I liked all their dishes their chicken bombay roll had way too much rice but had good flavors. It was tasty just a little too much of rice imo. I reduced a star for 2 reasons - 1. This place isnt cheap 2. They change their food truck location which is okay but their online order via Uber Eats does not work. Atleast when I was trying for 2 days it said the food truck is not available while they actually were in operation. They would not answer their phone call and we had to locate their food truck to place our bulk order for a large group. Hence reduced the star. All in all I would order back from here but hope they figure out why Uber Eats or Postmates or delivery.com were unable to process any online order even when they were around changing locations in Olympia. Dont have the bandwidth to chase them on the streets of Olympia tbh.
Very unique blending of Indian flavors and spices in burgers and fries. Kimchi burger was awesome and the fried artichokes are worth trying. You can order to go or eat inside of Three Magnets when parked outside.
Dogon burger is the heaven. It has everything I like, and I added one running egg in the burger, it was extra good. I had been craving for burger for almost 2 weeks. Akashic Food Trailer to make such an awesome burger, plus the drink next door, the me-time was short but satisfied. I will definitely go back for different items Thanks Akashic Food Trailer to make my hungry tummy happy!
